Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of HangarFleet, including the public website, web app, mobile app, aircraft tracking tools, alerts, APIs, and related services. By using HangarFleet, you agree to these Terms.

Informational and Experimental Service

HangarFleet provides aircraft fleet awareness, notifications, and operational visibility tools. Aircraft positions, statuses, takeoff events, landing events, airport associations, and alerts may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, duplicated, unavailable, or based on inferred data. You are solely responsible for verifying any information before relying on it.

No Safety-Critical Use

HangarFleet is not an aviation safety system, flight planning system, air traffic control system, dispatch system, operational control system, collision avoidance system, maintenance tracking system, or regulatory compliance system. Do not rely on HangarFleet where inaccurate or unavailable information could create a safety, legal, operational, or financial risk.

Accounts and Security

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate account information and promptly notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

Authorized Use

You agree not to:

• Use HangarFleet for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, harmful, or safety-critical purposes.
• Attempt to access accounts, aircraft, fleets, systems, or data you are not authorized to access.
• Interfere with, scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or disrupt HangarFleet or its providers.
• Misrepresent aircraft ownership, fleet access, company affiliation, or authorization.
• Use HangarFleet to stalk, harass, or track people in a way that violates law or reasonable privacy expectations.

Aircraft and Fleet Data

You are responsible for aircraft, fleet, notification, and account information you submit or manage. You represent that you have the rights or authorization needed to add aircraft, manage fleet access, receive notifications, and use HangarFleet for the aircraft or organization you configure.

Notifications

HangarFleet may provide email, push, or in-app notifications for aircraft activity. Notifications are not guaranteed. They may be delayed, missed, duplicated, incorrect, or unavailable because of aircraft coverage gaps, third-party data delays, device settings, network conditions, service interruptions, or other reasons.

Third-Party Data and Services

HangarFleet may depend on third-party aviation data feeds, hosting, DNS, security, email, push notification, app platform, and infrastructure providers. We do not control all third-party data sources or networks, and we are not responsible for their accuracy, availability, or policies.

Beta, Research, and Development Features

Some HangarFleet features may be experimental, in testing, or subject to change. We may modify, suspend, remove, or limit features at any time, including provider integrations, alert logic, admin controls, and display behavior.

Intellectual Property

HangarFleet, including its name, design, software, graphics, and content, is owned by HangarFleet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you ownership of HangarFleet or its software.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information. By using HangarFleet, you also agree to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to HangarFleet if we believe an account violates these Terms, creates security or operational risk, infringes rights, violates law, or could harm HangarFleet, users, aircraft operators, or third parties.

Disclaimers

HangarFleet is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, availability, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, HangarFleet will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, service interruptions, missed alerts, inaccurate aircraft data, or reliance on HangarFleet information.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and may provide additional notice where appropriate. Continued use of HangarFleet after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
